We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Diyarbakir. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff at the parking were great. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from a large shopping center and a taxi rank. The hotel took precautions with sanitizing and temperature checks. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were unprofessional, unorganized, and took a long time to check us in, despite having a large group and a smaller group checking in before us. They also overcharged us initially and had to call the manager to fix it, causing a longer wait time.

The staff was very helpful and kind, especially the porter who went out of his way to assist us with our arrival and departure.
